BM Security, a leading security firm in Kenya, has launched an extensive recruitment drive for security officers and various other positions across Nairobi and other cities.
This initiative is part of the company’s effort to bolster its workforce ahead of increased demand for security services starting in October 2024.
Recruitment Details
The recruitment process is set to take place from Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM at BM Security’s headquarters located along Jamhuri Road, off Ngong Road, Nairobi.
Additionally, recruitment will occur at BM offices in major cities including Mombasa, Kisumu, Kisii, Eldoret, Nakuru, and Nyeri.

Position Requirements
Candidates interested in applying for the security officer roles must meet specific criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A minimum of a KCSE certificate.
- Age Limits:
- Men: 26 to 40 years old
- Women: 25 to 35 years old
- Height Requirements:
- Men: Minimum of 5 feet 5 inches
- Women: Minimum of 5 feet 3 inches
- Language Proficiency: Candidates should be proficient in both oral and written Kiswahili and English.
- Good Conduct Certificate: A valid certificate of good conduct is mandatory.
In addition to security officers, BM Security is also looking to fill positions for guards and dog handlers, as well as roles in alarms/projects technician and marketing officer.
Training Program
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program lasting three weeks. This training is designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge required for effective performance in their roles.
